Flip Messenger app for iPhone and iPad

Flip is an intuitive and beautifully designed mobile messaging app for iPhone.

Current mobile messengers are good at what they do, though apart from sending and receiving messages, not much has changed in the last couple of years.

Flip has embraced mobile messaging, but has also evolved it in the following ways:


★ INTIUTIVE AND BEAUTIFUL DESIGN ★

Flip has been designed with a completely custom interface, but it has also stayed true to the Apple design guidelines. This makes Flip very easy to pick up, but also fun and exciting to use.

Weve also thought deeply about common features, and made them even easier to do. For example, weve found when attaching an image to a message, users usually like to attach the last image theyve taken. So instead of making them browse for that image, weve added a shortcut to attach the last image in their camera roll.


★ FAST, SECURE GROUP MESSENGING ★

One on one messaging is good, but group messages is better. Weve made it very easy to create group message. Theres no need to create a group, type in a subject, then pick up to a maximum number of contacts to add to the group. Just type in as many friends names into a message as you like, and away you go.

Also, if you like to keep your inbox clean, deleting or archiving a group message doesnt automatically leave you from a group chat. So when you next send a new message with the exact same people, your message will just be added to the existing group.

And unlike other mobile messengers, all communications between friends is secure and private. With all messages encrypted before they are sent, and then decrypted after your friends have received them.


★ SIMPLE TO USE LOCATION SHARING ★

Meeting a group of friends somewhere? Wouldnt it be great if you could see the location of your friends in that group, so you wont get lost on the way?

Well Flip does just that. Just tap in the group, and select "Share location with group".

Flip also has fine grained control, so you can share (or unshare) your location with a single person.


And all this combined makes Flip a fully featured mobile messenger.
